In this video you are going to find 2 very effective ways—namely the “But-Exercise” and the “Because-Exercise”—to identify limiting beliefs you might have.

Then, we will go on and transform those limiting into really supporting and empowering beliefs for you. This is powerful stuff, so please do one or both exercises and you might be surprised what you will uncover!
