In this video you are going to find 2 very effective ways—namely the „But-Exercise“ and the „Because-Exercise“—to identify limiting beliefs you might have.

I do know it takes work to change and only if you believe in yourself, which many was not really taught that growing up…. You know grow get a job and you will be fine, All that junk we were told and came to believe about ourselves that was simply not true. Seek and you shall find, Ask an it will be given to you…. It Is Possible!!
