In this post Ludvig Sunström is going to briefly outline his framework for learning – a method for getting these neurons to fire together more efficiently – and how he has been able to radically boost and speed up the amount of information that he can learn and memorize:
In the past year I’ve radically improved my ability to learn and memorize information, and you can too, by using the following six practical tools to simplify and diversify the required repetitions…
The time right now is among my personal most enjoyable times of the year. Between Christmas and New Year’s Day is the perfect time to really reflect back on the last 12 month and then go ahead and plan next year.
And in fact, if you haven’t done a yearly plan so far, I would highly recommend that you start doing this review & planning process now for this and the coming year. You will be amazed at what this reviewing & planning can do to your overall sense of direction and practical achievement. It will take under 1 hour and it will be way worth it.
For me, this process is one of the biggest sources for what I would call my personal successes. It is a 2 step process of I. Reviewing and II. Planning.
Does your life sometimes feel like a constant rollercoaster ride – full of emotional ups and downs? Are you tired of the feeling of being ‘off centre’? I’ve been there myself, and I now know that life don’t have to be this way. There’s an alternative. This alternative path involves a solid foundation you’re then able to live from. It leads to emotional immunity even in face of matters that would normally cause you upset.
Asking the right question could be the critical thing you are missing on your own journey of personal growth. I’m constantly astonished about the kind of breakthrough in thinking that asking the right questions can have. The process of thinking is often the process of asking and answering questions in our head. Especially when you do self-reflection, asking questions is the method to get clarity and to make personal progress.
For me Self-Reflection is the way to remove inner road-blocks, to first become aware of the things that really holding me back and then tackle them by finding a solution. It’s one of the best ways to attain clarity and by that immense power. Learn how to use this method for yourself.
